HD Audio Conferencing and related services are operated by CallWave and Vapps
Inc. ("CallWave and Vapps"). We know that you care about your privacy
and want you to understand how we may collect, use and disclose
information we learn from you during your use of callwave.com/conferencing
and any other direct-to-consumer web sites or services operated
by CallWave and Vapps (collectively the "CallWave and Vapps Services"). This notice
tells you what information we collect, steps we take to protect
and secure it, how we use and share the information, and finally,
how you can access that information or contact us with questions
or concerns when you use www.callwave.com/conferencing and the CallWave and Vapps

Personal
Information We Collect
CallWave and Vapps collects personal information that you provide when you register
with us and/or use the CallWave and Vapps Services. Personal information means
any information that may be used to identify an individual including,
but not limited to, information such as your name, address, telephone
number, and e-mail address. The type and amount of Personal information
collected by CallWave and Vapps will vary depending on how you use the CallWave and Vapps
Service. Personal information CallWave and Vapps may collect through your voluntary
submissions include: Email address, Skype Name and Billing Information
including address and phone numbers.
Aggregate
Information
CallWave and Vapps may aggregate your personal information with information from
other users (without personally identifying you) and share it with
our business partners or others. Aggregated information is not personal
information subject to limits of this policy.
Credit
Card Information and Related Call Details
CallWave and Vapps may also collect personal information about your transactions
with us and with some of our business partners. This information
might include information necessary to process payments due to us
from you such as your credit card number. CallWave and Vapps automatically receives
and records information on our server logs from your browser, including
your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request. Similarly,
CallWave and Vapps also automatically receives and records information when you
use the CallWave and Vapps Service, including Caller-ID information and Skype
ID. CallWave and Vapps may record your conferences using the CallWave and Vapps Service, but
will only use it to provide a record of the conference to parties
selected by the host or moderator of a conference.
How
We Use IP Address Information
CallWave and Vapps may occasionally obtain IP addresses from users depending
upon how you access our web site. IP addresses are not personal
information. IP addresses, browser and session information may be
used for various purposes, including to: diagnose and prevent service
or technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are
associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company
or ISP; estimate the total number of users visiting CallWave and Vapps' sites
from specific geographical regions; monitor and prevent fraud and
abuse.
How
We Use Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous
unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's
computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can configure

When you use the CallWave and Vapps service, your Skype ID or Caller-ID information
may be seen by the host of the conference and used to provide a
record of the conference. When you participate in a conference on
CallWave and Vapps, you have the ability to make statements which may include
personally identifiable information about yourself; consequently,
you should understand that if you state personal information in
a conference we cannot be held responsible for the use of any information
stated in a conference.

Vendors and Suppliers
